HELP DESK SUPPORT SERVICE
RTOs in Australia are required to comply with a range of regulatory standards to maintain their registration. Our compliance support assists you to meet these requirements and avoid unnecessary costly rectifications or regulatory sanctions.
It is also a cost effective alternative to employing staff to manage and undertake compliance activities. Our compliance support includes assistance with developing and implementing policies and procedures, conducting internal audits, and conducting professional development activities for the RTO team. We also provide advice on developing your training and assessment strategies or reviewing assessment resources. Effective compliance support is essential to delivering high-quality training and assessment.
A bank of hours can be purchased and used as required by your RTO for help desk support via phone and email.
